Magua, Huron chief
- SUMMARY:
The Hurons realize that Hawk-eye and the Mohicans have deceived them so, the tribe decide to go to the Delawares to know if they have seen the "Long-rifle" (Hawk-eye) near there. The Hurons arrive at the camp and Magua starts to talk to Hard-heart, one of the Delawares chiefs. He tells to ''his friend'' that probably their well-known enemy of France is in the camp. The Delawares become aware of what Magua says is true and bring the Munro sisters, Heyward and Hawk-eye to give "Long-rifle" to Magua. However, Cora persuades to other chief (Tamenund) to let Uncas speak to them before give her friend to his indian enemy.
